IN-TENT Introduces Intent-Led Matching to Transform Property Sales and Lettings
A new proptech platform is aiming to reshape how people buy, sell, rent, and let property by putting user intent at the centre of the process—before listings ever enter the picture.
IN-TENT, developed by Cross Works, challenges the conventional property search model, where individuals and businesses often spend hours navigating online listings that only partially meet their needs. Instead of browsing through available properties, users begin by defining their intent—what they are looking for in a space, investment, or tenant—and are then matched with verified properties or prospective clients that align with those criteria.
The platform’s matching algorithm connects users based on clearly defined requirements, aiming to reduce time spent on unsuitable viewings, minimise search fatigue, and improve the efficiency of property transactions across both residential and commercial markets.
Designed for individual users and industry professionals alike, IN-TENT supports both consumer-to-consumer (C2C) and business-to-consumer (B2C) interactions. The app is now available for download via the Apple App Store and Google Play, with additional access provided through its web platform.
By shifting the process from property-led searching to intent-led matching, IN-TENT presents an alternative approach to navigating the real estate market—one that prioritises alignment from the outset.
