Hakan Agca to Speak on New Tashkent at TIIF 2026

Hakan Agca, CEO of Cross Works, will be speaking on the panel **“Cities at the Center of a New Growth Race”** at the Tashkent International Investment Forum 2026 on 16 June.

The panel reflects Uzbekistan’s wider growth story, where long-term strategic thinking, capital and major urban development opportunities are converging around real, investable projects.

The session will bring together leading voices from urban delivery, government, consulting, real estate, architecture and international development. Speakers include Pavel Zolotarev, Principal at BCG, as moderator; Vladislav Boutenko, Managing Director and Senior Partner at BCG; Neil Veitch, Regional Partner at White Star Real Estate; Denis Sokolov, CEO of Commonwealth Partnership; Manuela Gatto, Director at Zaha Hadid Architects; and Kristina Nikolic, Strategic Innovation Team Leader at UNDP.

Hakan will speak about the shift from concept to delivery in New Tashkent, exploring how major urban visions can become real living places through smart phasing, strategic planning and a strong focus on landscape and culture.

He will discuss New Tashkent as a major city vision being brought to fruition in real time, comparing it with similar projects around the world and outlining how it differs in ambition, pace and scale.
