Hakan Agca Discusses New Tashkent at TIIF 2026

Hakan Agca, CEO of Cross Works, spoke at the Tashkent International Investment Forum 2026 on the panel session “Cities at the Center of the New Economic Growth Race”.

Held at CAEx Uzbekistan, the discussion brought together leading voices from urban delivery, government, consulting, real estate, architecture and international development, including representatives from BCG, White Star Real Estate, Commonwealth Partnership, Zaha Hadid Architects and UNDP.

Hakan shared insights on the shift from concept to delivery in New Tashkent, addressing how major urban visions can rapidly become real, liveable places when they are intelligently phased, rooted in landscape and shaped by culture.
