Cross Works’ PropTech Platform Expands from C2C to B2C

Cross Works’ proptech platform In-Tent has taken a major step forward with its latest update—expanding beyond its original Consumer-to-Consumer (C2C) functionality to now support Business-to-Consumer (B2C) users.

Originally designed as a platform that connects individuals based on their property intentions, In-Tent enables users to post their intent to buy or sell real estate and match directly with others seeking the opposite. With this latest release, the platform now opens its full suite of features to business users including estate agents, landowners, developers, and investors—broadening the ecosystem while preserving the direct matching functionality at the core of the app.

By integrating both B2C and C2C capabilities, In-Tent creates a shared digital marketplace where professional stakeholders and private users can engage in the same intent-based matching process. Whether facilitating off-market opportunities or streamlining initial buyer-seller discovery, the platform aims to reduce friction in early-stage property transactions through automated matching.

New users signing up via the App Store or Google Play will receive access to unlimited matches, allowing them to fully explore the platform’s capabilities from the outset. Users can simply post their intent—whether to buy or sell—and allow the application to identify relevant counterparties.

As Cross Works continues to develop technology-led solutions within the built environment, updates to the In-Tent platform are expected to further enhance how property connections are initiated and managed in both consumer and professional markets.
