Cross Works Appoints Associate in Riyadh Following Regional HQ Launch

Cross Works has recently opened its new office in Riyadh as its Regional Headquarters, marking a key step in the company’s continued expansion into the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

As part of this growth, the firm has welcomed Abdulelah Alzamel as an Associate, where he will support Cross Works’ regional operations and development initiatives. Abdulelah holds an MSc in Real Estate Development alongside a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Building Science from King Saud University.

With a professional focus on creating vibrant, sustainable, and people-centred urban environments, he brings experience in masterplanning and strategic planning across a number of major projects within Saudi Arabia. His background in real estate development further strengthens his ability to align design-led approaches with long-term economic viability—an increasingly critical factor in delivering successful large-scale developments.

Abdulelah’s interests span both the design and technology domains, supporting Cross Works’ integrated approach to spatial planning and digital innovation as the firm builds its local team in the Saudi capital.
