Hakan Agca to Attend World Urban Forum 13 in Baku

Cross Works Founder and CEO Hakan Agca will be heading to Baku, Azerbaijan, for the 13th session of the World Urban Forum.

Taking place from 17 to 22 May 2026, WUF13 will bring together global leaders, practitioners, policymakers and urban thinkers to address one of the most pressing challenges of our time: how to house the world in a way that is safe, inclusive and resilient.

This year’s theme, Housing the World: Safe and Resilient Cities and Communities, strongly aligns with Cross Works’ ongoing work across city planning, masterplanning, digital tools and future urban environments.

For Cross Works, the conversation around housing is inseparable from the wider systems that shape successful cities, including infrastructure, climate resilience, governance, public realm, identity, technology and long-term urban growth.

The forum will provide an opportunity to join global dialogue, reconnect with peers across the built environment and share perspectives on how cities can respond to rapid urbanisation with intelligence, care and ambition.
