Cross Works joins ULI Europe Innovation Village

Cross Works joined ULI Europe’s Innovation Village in London on 18 June 2025.

We were one of 10 PropTech / UrbanTech start-ups invited to exhibit, using the opportunity to unveil IN-TENT, our new C2C platform that connects buyers and sellers of property (and other things) in the UK.

From IN-SYNQ to OFF-GRID to UP-DATE, we’ve already used digital spatial mapping to streamline our process of masterplanning and large-scale city design. IN-TENT takes our abilities in digital cartography and city planning to the next level, using intent-driven algorithms to turn idle leads (“intents”) into live opportunities (“matches”).

We’re now seeking investment to take our MVP to the next level and launch our web application on the App Store.
