Behind the Scenes: Setting Up Our Stand at Cityscape Riyadh

Ahead of the official opening of Cityscape Global in Riyadh, the Cross Works team arrived early to prepare the stand for the week. Pre-event setup is where the exhibition work becomes real: building the stand, installing displays, testing presentations and ensuring project material and technology demos are ready for live conversations.

Cityscape is a high-intensity environment, with packed diaries and constant footfall. Early preparation allows the team to focus on what matters once doors open—meeting people, explaining work clearly, and having the right level of detail ready for clients and collaborators with different priorities.

With everything in place, the team was ready to host discussions throughout the week around urban design, masterplanning, regional delivery and the studio’s technology initiatives.
